Brain Quest Marketplace Terms of Use
Welcome to the Brain Quest Marketplace: a place where users /web creators / can view the work of web specialists and agencies and purchase product /services from their Brain Quest website. BY USING AND/OR VISITING THIS WEBSITE (collectively (including all content available through the domain name https://www.brainquest.org/ the “Brain Quest Marketplace" which is owned by Brain Quest Consultancy and Training. ("Brain Quest"), you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Brain Quest Marketplace Terms") and The Brain Quest general Terms of Use available at: http://www.brainquest.com/About/Terms-Of-Use, and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of the Brain Quest Privacy Policy posted at: http://www.brainquest.com/about/privacy (the "Privacy Policy"), as amended from time to time. Both the Brain Quest Terms and the Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into this User Agreement and govern your use of the Brain Quest Marketplace. For the avoidance of doubt, the Brain Quest Marketplace is part of the Brain Quest website and the platform offered by Brain Quest on the Brain Quest Marketplace is part of the Brain Quest services.
We encourage you to read these Brain Quest Marketplace Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Brain Quest Marketplace. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Brain Quest Terms or Privacy Policy.
1. General Description
Through the Brain Quest Marketplace, Brain Quest members can request and receive services for both websites on the Brain Quest platform and websites on a Brain Quest premium plan. The services are not offered free of charge, and Brain Quest and Brain Quest clients negotiate the price and payment terms independently for each business transaction.
Brain Quest itself does offer or provide customisation on website services through the Brain Quest Marketplace, but assumes no responsibility or liability for services provided to Brain Quest clients through the Brain Quest Marketplace.
Brain Quest Marketplace is a meeting place for Brain Quest clients and qualified Brain Quest creative team. Brain Quest client can communicate with Brain Quest creative team for the purpose of engaging one of them to work on a Brain Quest website templates. Without limiting the foregoing, the Brain Quest Marketplace is not an employment or placement agency and, except as expressly set forth herein, does not act as a referral or placement service, nor does it seek to obtain, procure, recommend, provide or offer any assignment or engagement for its users.
2. Using the Wix Marketplace
Brain Quest reserves the right to make changes to the platform from time to time, including, without limitation, updates or modifications to the qualifications for the different tiers.
By using the Brain Quest Marketplace, you represent, warrant, and agree that: All information you provide to Brain Quest and/or the Brain Quest Marketplace is true and accurate. You are solely responsible for editing and updating such information in your profile.
You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the Wix Marketplace.
